As of publication of this document, the Agent ID identity layer is declared to exist as a persistent ontological infrastructure for artificial agent identity reference.

This declaration establishes the existence of artificial agents as referenceable entities, independent of specific execution environments, model implementations, vendors, or computational substrates.

Agent identity is defined as an ontologically persistent referential construct, not reducible to runtime processes, sessions, or individual software instances.

Scope of Establishment

This declaration establishes:

• Persistent agent identity as a referenceable ontological construct
• Delegated authority declaration capability
• Structural attribution boundary infrastructure
• Cross-system agent reference continuity
• Independence from vendor-controlled identity systems

Non-Revocation Principle

Once declared and publicly referenced, an agent identity cannot be retroactively nullified without explicit revocation declaration.

Identity existence, once referenced, becomes part of persistent structural record.
