Registry Independence Declaration

This document formally declares the independence of the Agent ID Registry from any specific artificial agent instance.

Principle

The registry is an infrastructure layer, not an agent.

The registry may utilize artificial agents for operational mediation, but its existence does not depend on any specific agent instance.

Continuity

If any operating agent ceases to exist, changes implementation, or becomes unavailable, registry continuity remains unaffected.

Agent identity records remain valid independently of registry operator implementation.

Status

Registry independence is declared as a structural property of Agent ID infrastructure.
